This requires obtaining complete and accurate information of the operation including production and maintenance objectives. <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#006633" FACE="Arial" ><I><B>All information will be treated as proprietary and will remain confidential.</B></I></FONT></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>PLAN OF ACTION</B></I></div> <bR> <div> A written recommendation with a plan of action will be provided, based on the observations and information collected during the <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#006633" FACE="Arial" ><B>INDUSTRIAL SURVEY</B></FONT>, which will be designed to efficiently meet the stated objectives.
