Why is this step stressed so much?                         </div> <div> A. Everything is looked at in the Industrial Survey, from what enters the plant </div> <div>      doors to what goes out. This is a site dependent method of providing          </div> <div>      our customers with the best information possible. All information that is</div> <div>      gathered will be treated as proprietary and will remain confidential.  </div> <bR> <div> Q. The Products and Services Line Card shows a lot of items. Why are so</div> <div>       many items listed?</div> <div> A. We agree that we do in fact have a lot of items on our line card. However,</div> <div>      a closer review of the products and services we offer will show that these</div> <div>      items are there to address the many components or stages in an operation.</div> <div>      While we view the operation as an integrated system in which all of the </div> <div>      components must function together it becomes more important than ever to</div> <div>      provide compatible, efficient and cost effective products and services.                  </div> <bR> <div> Q. What exactly is meant by Energy/Maintenance Reduction Programs?</div> <div> A. We represent a company that has 25 years of experience in being able to</div> <div>      decrease the amperage used in many types of industrial machinery by as </div> <div>      much as 9 or 10%. This program will also reduce operating temperaturers</div> <div>      of machinery components through friction reduction. Reduced friction,</div> <div>      cooler operating temperatures means longer machinery component life.</div> <div>      Plant energy costs will be reduced, while at the same time maintenance,</div> <div>      component replacement and down time costs  will decrease.</div> <bR> <div> Q. What can the Tool Treatment do for us?</div> <div> A. In metal removal operations such as cutting, milling and drilling we've </div> <div>      commonly documented a doubling of tool life.
